Rule 702 or applicable state rules, as applicable to your legal matter. If you plan to bring an expert witness to court, this step is essential.

This COA identifies and provides a brief description of the document or item and certifies its validity based on our expertise.

CERTIFIED COA

This Certified COA provides a description of the document or item, carries our stamp of certification, and carries with it an Opinion Letter as to the basis of our opinion.
